The Jasper Chapter of Top Teens of America held its annual Blue & Silver Celebration on January 19th. The chapter welcomed new inductees and also honored it's four graduating seniors.
Congratulations to Top Teens for another great year of community service and positive impact upon the future of youth in Jasper, Newton, Kirbyville and the surrounding areas.
